La Roca Restaurant and Bar is a premium Mexican lounge located in Winnipeg’s busy downtown core. The existing building was expanded with the construction of a 700sqft VIP room addition. An elegant dining atmosphere was achieved with the construction of two full service bars on the interior, the sophisticated use of reclaimed wood finishes, and high end lighting. The exterior was enhanced from its original state with an inviting in vestibule addition finished with weathering steel paneling. New large windows and open air canopy enhance the front façade. The project was highlighted with a rooftop dining patio on the new addition capable of serving 40 patrons as well as a ground floor garden patio serving 120 persons.
